Reset & Reclaim is a 12-week, coach-supported experience that combines structured strength training, habit guidance, and ongoing support — so you can rebuild consistency safely and sustainably.

 

You’ll receive personalized coaching, weekly accountability, direct messaging access, and thoughtful adjustments along the way.

 

This option is ideal if you want guidance, clarity, and support as you stop starting over and build something you can keep.

What kind of support do I get?

You will have 2-way messaging within to app to me personally, a group chat - for support from the community, and weekly group calls. 

What if I don’t know if this will work for me?

This program is built specifically for women 35-60 dealing with hormones, fatigue, metabolism changes, and life demands. You start exactly where you are.

What happens next after the Reset?

At the end of your 12 weeks, you’ll be invited to continue with group coaching, move into 1:1 (completely customized) long-term coaching — 6 or 12 months, or simply join the membership. I will help you decide which path is best for you!
